为了规划澳大利亚未来几百年乃至上千年的国家发展，我们必须综合考虑国家形象、文明象征以及长远的发展方向。欧洲以悠久的历史著称，美国以技术创新领先，而澳大利亚应当成为智慧与文明的象征。
尽管银河系文明的宇宙法则是以东方哲学体系为基础，例如《易经》《道德经》和《推背图》等经典思想的推演与扩展，但澳大利亚的地理位置赋予了它独特的文明属性。它位于埃及金字塔和玛雅金字塔构成的三角联线的顶点，这使其天然具备银河系文明的金字塔特质。

银河系文明的象征与信仰
银河系文明的宇宙法则有三大信仰标志性建筑，每年吸引成千上万的游客参观。在未来，信仰宇宙法则的人数将不断增长，而其他传统宗教的影响力可能会逐步减弱，最终太阳系文明或将被银河系文明所统一。
目前，悉尼歌剧院被认为是澳大利亚的国家象征，然而它仅代表悉尼本地的建筑风格，难以体现整个国家的文明高度。而由我们撰写的《宇宙法则》《东方银河系文明》等系列书籍，奠定了澳洲在银河系文明中的独特地位。因此，可以将澳大利亚比作现代版的亚特兰蒂斯大陆。
城市规划与银河系文明的旋臂结构
在城市设计和交通布局方面，澳大利亚应当借鉴银河系文明的螺旋结构，以爱丽丝泉的大红巨石（乌鲁鲁）为中心，构建符合星系旋臂结构的国家交通网络。公路与铁路系统应围绕这一核心展开，以形成独特的国家形象工程，同时吸引国际投资和技术合作。
以此模型为基础，我们可以观察到布里斯班、悉尼、堪培拉、墨尔本和阿德莱德位于同一条旋臂上，而珀斯则位于另一条旋臂上。这种城市规划不仅象征着宇宙的秩序与和谐，也有助于提升澳大利亚的全球战略地位。
通过这一理念的实施，澳大利亚将超越传统国家发展模式，成为银河系文明的标志性大陆，为人类文明的未来探索提供全新方向。

Australia: The New Atlantis Continent of Galactic
Civilization

To plan Australia's development for the next few
centuries or even millennia, we must comprehensively consider the national
image, cultural symbolism, and long-term growth direction. Europe is renowned
for its rich history, the United States leads in technological innovation, and
Australia should be the symbol of wisdom and civilization.
Although the Universal laws
of Galactic civilization are based on Eastern philosophical systems, such as
the extrapolation and expansion of classics like the 《I
Ching》, 《Tao Te
Ching》, and 《Tui
Bei Tu》, Australia's geographical position grants it a
unique civilizational attribute. It is located at the apex of the triangular
alignment formed by the Egyptian pyramids and the Mayan pyramids, naturally
endowing it with the pyramid attributes of Galactic civilization.

Symbolism
and Belief in Galactic Civilization
The Universal laws of Galactic civilization have
three iconic landmarks that attract thousands of tourists annually. In the
future, the number of people believing in these Universal laws will continue to
grow, while the influence of traditional religions may gradually decline.
Ultimately, Solar system civilization may be unified under Galactic
civilization.
Currently, the Sydney Opera House is regarded as
the national symbol of Australia. However, it only represents a local
architectural style and fails to embody the nation's full civilizational
grandeur. On the other hand, books such as 《Universal
Law》 and 《Eastern
Galactic Civilization》,
written by us, establish Australia's unique position within Galactic
civilization. Therefore, Australia can be considered the modern version of the
Atlantis continent.
Urban
Planning and Galactic Civilization’s Spiral Arm Structure
In terms of city design and transportation layout,
Australia should adopt the spiral arm structure of Galactic civilization,
with Uluru (Ayers Rock) as the central hub. The national road and railway
system should radiate outward following a Galactic
spiral pattern, forming a distinctive national identity project that attracts
international investment and technological cooperation.
Based on this model, we observe that Brisbane,
Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, and Adelaide align on one spiral arm, while Perth
is situated on another. This urban planning approach not only symbolizes cosmic
order and harmony but also enhances Australia’s strategic global position.
Through the implementation of this vision,
Australia will transcend conventional national development models and become a
hallmark of Galactic civilization, pioneering a new direction for the future of
human civilization.
