The scientists of the galactic civilization revolve around wisdom and knowledge, studying the laws of nature and basic disciplines. They don't pay attention to the government and churches. Of course, they don't make money, but they are real scientists and are famous for the future. 1. Introduction Pseudo-scientists who study nuclear weapons, chemical weapons, computer viruses, and biological viruses weapons are all evil scientists. There are currently five permanent members of the United Nations, the United States, the Soviet Union, China, Britain, and France. They are supported by the state. Regardless of international conventions and legal constraints, many small countries also want to develop, but usually do not have the financial resources and technology. The laser and microwave weapons This kind of weapons are also called directed energy weapons or "beam energy weapons".
